Trusted Recruitment Solutions for Children’s Home Providers

At NP Care Consultancy, we're committed to helping children's homes build exceptional teams. Through trusted partnerships and tailored recruitment support, we help providers create stable, caring environments where children and young people can succeed.

About Us

Founded in April 2025, NP Care Consultancy was created from a genuine passion for supporting children's home providers to find and retain the right people. We understand the challenges that come with recruiting exceptional staff in a highly regulated sector, and how important it is to build stable, nurturing teams for children and young people.

That's why we focus on delivering an honest, high-quality, and cost-effective recruitment service that puts people first. By combining sector expertise with a personal approach, we help providers attract and retain dedicated care professionals who make a lasting difference in the lives of children and young people.

The Directors

Nathan

Nathan, one of the Directors at NP Care Consultancy, brings over 10 years of recruitment experience alongside valuable hands-on experience within the care sector, particularly in children’s services and early years settings. This combination gives him a strong understanding of the importance of placing the right people into roles where they can help create safe, stable, and nurturing environments for children and young people.

His sector knowledge, insight, and commitment to quality underpin the service NP Care Consultancy provides, enabling the team to build strong partnerships with providers and connect them with exceptional professionals who make a real difference.

Outside of work, Nathan is an avid West Ham United supporter and proud dog dad to Dolly the Pug, the office’s unofficial mascot. When he’s not supporting the Hammers or being bossed around by Dolly, he can usually be found insisting this is “definitely our season”… every season.
